Request For Proposals – All Metal Fence
Jewish Community Center of Lee County, Inc. -Dba Temple Beth Shalom-Requests Proposals (RFP) For an All-Metal Fence for its Building at 702 SE 24th Ave., Cape Coral, FL 33990.
Technical Specifications and Scope of Work (SOW) are Not Available in Detail, and Proposals are Requested Within the Following General Parameters:
Fence Shall Be All Metal, 5-feet high Aluminum, 415 Feet Long, Running Along the West Side of the Temple Property line.
All Fence And Fence Posts Are To Be Set in Accordance With Local Authorities Requirements and Florida Building Code.
Proposals Shall Include Price, Terms, Estimated Time of Completion (ETD), etc.
In View of the Current and Urgent Security Situation due to Increased Threats and Attacks Against Houses of Worship in General and Jewish Institutions in Particular, Proposals Shall Be Submitted ASAP but not Later than the Expiration of this Posting.
All Proposing Contractors shall be Licensed and Insured in the State of Florida.
Proposals shall Follow Applicable State and Federal Law.
Proposals Shall be Evaluated With Due Consideration of Price, Terms, ETD, Experience, Years in Business, BBB and Customer Reviews, etc. Given Similar Bids, Suppliers of US Made Materials and Locally Established Business with Local Personnel and Facilities are Preferred, to Help Provide Faster Installation and Adjustments, and Better Address Future Faster Repair, Servicing and Warranty Issues.
